As a Service Engineer at Yunex Traffic (Zoetermeer), you will maintain the "brains" of Dutch infrastructure. You will ensure complex systems in tunnels, locks, and bridges function safely 24/7 using your IT and hardware expertise.

Working within a 17-person Operations team, your focus will be on:

Technical Management: Maintenance of networks, SCADA software, CCTV, and PLC technology.
Commissioning: Transitioning final-phase engineering projects into the maintenance phase.
Monitoring & Analysis: Remotely tracking system performance from the control room.
Consulting: Serving as the technical point of contact for clients regarding system optimization.

- To be successful in this role, you bring the following qualifications and experience:
- Education: A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in a relevant field, such as Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Automation, ICT, or equivalent.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong affinity for automation technology with demonstrable experience working with PLCs, SCADA, IT, and Networking.
- Virtualization: Hands-on experience working in virtual environments and managing virtual PCs and servers (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V).
- Bonus Points: Prior knowledge or experience with CCTV and audio systems will give you a distinct competitive advantage.
